These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Kimigatsukuru Sekai" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the App or making any in-app purchases.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions 

The App offers premium features and an ad-free experience through paid plans.

1. Types of Plans:

   • Monthly Plan (Auto-renewable subscription)

   • Yearly Plan (Auto-renewable subscription)

   • Lifetime Plan (One-time purchase / Non-consumable)

2. Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

   • Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

   • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Please note that simply uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.

5. Refunds: All purchases are final. We cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases directly. Please refer to the refund policies of Apple or Google.

3. Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of the developer or third parties.

• Engage in any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the developer.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The developer does not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements (e.g., guaranteeing successful habit formation for children) or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

2. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

5. Changes to the Terms 

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App.
