"Oh My Kid" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") places the highest priority on protecting the personal information and privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled within the App.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It 

The App accesses user device features and data for the following purposes:

• Camera and Photo Library: Used to process and creatively transform images.

• Face Recognition Data: Used to detect children's faces in images and hide them with privacy-protecting stickers. All face recognition processing (using Google ML Kit) is performed entirely on the user's device (offline). Face data is never transmitted to or stored on external servers.

2. Handling of Face Data 

For the purpose of image transformation, this App performs face detection on the device using Google ML Kit. Facial coordinate data is used solely for applying effects and is immediately discarded after the processing is complete. Face data is never transmitted to our servers, stored, or shared with any third parties.

3. Use of External API (OpenAI) 

The App transmits the image selected by the user to the OpenAI API (GPT-4o-mini) to creatively transform the image (generating titles and copy). The transmitted image data is used exclusively for the purpose of AI-based text generation and will not be used as training data by OpenAI. Furthermore, it is promptly discarded after the processing is complete.

4. Use of Analytics Tools and Billing Features 

The App uses the following third-party services to analyze usage and provide billing features. These services collect only anonymized identifiers.

• RevenueCat: (Subscription management)

• Google Analytics / Crashlytics / Performance: (Usage analysis, error detection, and performance improvement)

5. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties 

We will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy 

The contents of this policy may be updated as necessary. The revised policy shall become effective immediately upon being posted within the App or on this page.
