These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "Oh My Kid" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Provision of Service 

The App provides a service that uses AI to process and creatively transform images provided by the user. The use of the App is free of charge, but some features are offered as a paid Premium Plan.

2. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions 

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:

• Uploading images that infringe upon the copyrights, portrait rights, or privacy rights of third parties (e.g., photos of other people's children).

• Uploading images that are offensive to public order and morals, or that are linked to criminal acts.

• Acts that place an excessive load on the App's network or systems.

3. Handling of Generated Content 

The copyrights to the text and images generated by the App (hereinafter referred to as "Generated Content") belong to the user. However, if the Generated Content infringes upon the rights of any third party, the user shall bear full responsibility.

4. Disclaimer

• We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

• Because the App utilizes AI technology, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of the generated content. Users acknowledge that inappropriate expressions may be generated unintentionally, and agree to use and share the content strictly at their own risk.

• We reserve the right to change the specifications of the App or suspend the provision of the service without prior notice.

5. Changes to the Terms of Service 

We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice to users if we deem it necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
