These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of "SodaTalk" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user of the App (the "User") and the developer concerning the use of the App. By using the App, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Purpose and Disclaimer of the App)

The purpose of this App is to provide information via AI and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional parenting advice. The User understands that the information provided is for reference purposes only and must consult a qualified professional, such as a doctor, for any specific concerns regarding a child's health or development. The developer makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information generated by the AI.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

In using the App, the User shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

2. Acts related to criminal activity.

3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the App's servers or network.

4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App.

5. Acts of reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.

6. Any other acts that the developer deems inappropriate.

Article 4 (Paid Plan)

The App offers a paid plan through a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Payments are processed through the User's Apple ID or Google Account. The User is responsible for canceling the subscription through their respective platform's store settings.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

The developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if deemed necessary.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The laws of Japan shall be the governing laws for the interpretation of these Terms.
